Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 3 December 1990 amending the regulation on the scope of application of the Law on State-Owned Enterprises and on the Self-Government of the Workforce of State-Owned Enterprises to state-owned enterprises performing, in whole or in part, tasks for the needs of national defence and security, as well as to organizational units of other enterprises performing these tasks.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 3 grudnia 1990 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie zakresu stosowania ustawy o przedsiębiorstwach państwowych oraz o samorządzie załogi przedsiębiorstwa państwowego do przedsiębiorstw państwowych wykonujących w całości lub w przeważającej części zadania dla potrzeb obronności i bezpieczeństwa Państwa, a także do wykonujących te zadania jednostek organizacyjnych innych przedsiębiorstw.
