Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 18 December 1991 on the procedure and principles for transforming the State Insurance Institution into a joint-stock company of the State Treasury and for the assumption by this company of obligations arising from concluded insurance policies.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 18 grudnia 1991 r. w sprawie trybu i zasad przekształcenia Państwowego Zakładu Ubezpieczeń w spółkę akcyjną Skarbu Państwa oraz przejęcia przez tę spółkę zobowiązań z tytułu zawartych ubezpieczeń.
