Rozporządzenie Ministra Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 23 grudnia 1992 r. w sprawie tworzenia, organizacji i kontroli zakładów opieki zdrowotnej przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Polskie Koleje Państwowe", rodzajów dokumentacji medycznej i sposobu prowadzenia oraz szczegółowych warunków jej udostępniania w tych zakładach.
