Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 28, 1992 amending the regulation on the determination of assets classified as own funds, the method of calculation and the amount of the solvency margin and the minimum amount of guarantee capital for each type of insurance and reinsurance activity.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 28 grudnia 1992 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia środków zaliczanych do środków własnych, sposobu wyliczenia i wysokości marginesu wypłacalności oraz minimalnej wysokości kapitału gwarancyjnego dla każdego rodzaju ubezpieczeń oraz dla działalności reasekuracyjnej.
