Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 7 July 1993 on the principles of issuing and the forms of certificates, state diplomas and other school documents, the procedure for correcting them and issuing duplicates, as well as the legalization of documents intended for legal circulation abroad and the fees for performing these activities.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 7 lipca 1993 r. w sprawie zasad wydawania oraz wzorów świadectw, dyplomów państwowych i innych druków szkolnych, sposobu dokonywania ich sprostowań i wydawania duplikatów, a także legalizacji dokumentów przeznaczonych do obrotu prawnego z zagranicą oraz odpłatności za wykonywanie tych czynności.
