Resolution of the Constitutional Tribunal of June 1, 1994 on the interpretation of Article 13(1) and (2) point 4 of the Law of September 27, 1991 on the principles of payment for medicines and sanitary articles in connection with Article 13(1) and Article 41 of the Law of May 29, 1974 on the provision for war and military invalids and their families, and Article 4(1) and (2), Article 5(3), Article 7(1), (3) and (4), and Article 9(1) and (2) of the Law of September 27, 1991 on the principles of payment for medicines and sanitary articles.

Uchwała Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z dnia 1 czerwca 1994 r. w sprawie wykładni art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 pkt 4 ustawy z dnia 27 września 1991 r. o zasadach odpłatności za leki i artykuły sanitarne w związku z art. 13 ust. 1 i art. 41 ustawy z dnia 29 maja 1974 r. o zaopatrzeniu inwalidów wojennych i wojskowych oraz ich rodzin oraz art. 4 ust. 1 i 2, art. 5 ust. 3, art. 7 ust. 1, 3 i 4 oraz art. 9 ust. 1 i 2 ustawy z dnia 27 września 1991 r. o zasadach odpłatności za leki i artykuły sanitarne.
