Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 23 sierpnia 1994 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ogólnych warunków obowiązkowego ubezpieczenia odpowiedzialności cywilnej posiadaczy pojazdów mechanicznych za szkody powstałe w związku z ruchem tych pojazdów.
