Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 16 December 1994 on military bodies competent to issue certificates to soldiers of compulsory alternative military service employed in coal mines, quarries and uranium ore extraction plants, and on the procedure before these bodies.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 16 grudnia 1994 r. w sprawie organów wojskowych właściwych do wydawania zaświadczeń żołnierzom zastępczej służby wojskowej przymusowo zatrudnianym w kopalniach węgla, kamieniołomach i zakładach wydobywania rud uranu oraz trybu postępowania przed tymi organami.
