Rozporządzenie Ministra Obrony Narodowej z dnia 21 lutego 1995 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie rodzajów dokumentacji medycznej i sposobu jej prowadzenia oraz szczegółowych warunków udostępniania tej dokumentacji w jednostkach organizacyjnych resortu obrony narodowej.
