Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 2 marca 1995 r. w sprawie określenia wysokości funduszu socjalnego oraz zakresu i zasad korzystania ze świadczeń socjalnych przez osoby uprawnione do zaopatrzenia emerytalnego funkcjonariuszy Służby Więziennej oraz członków ich rodzin.
