Resolution of the Constitutional Tribunal of November 14, 1995 on the establishment of a universally binding interpretation of Article 2(1) in conjunction with Article 1(1)(1) of the Law of September 2, 1994 on the allowance and entitlements of soldiers of alternative military service compulsorily employed in coal mines, quarries, and uranium ore extraction plants.

Uchwała Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z dnia 14 listopada 1995 r. w sprawie ustalenia powszechnie obowiązującej wykładni art. 2 ust. 1 w związku z art. 1 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 2 września 1994 r. o dodatku i uprawnieniach przysługujących żołnierzom zastępczej służby wojskowej przymusowo zatrudnianym w kopalniach węgla, kamieniołomach i zakładach wydobywania rud uranu.
