Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 23 November 1995 on the determination of offenses for which officials of the State Sanitary Inspectorate may impose fines by way of penalty tickets, and the rules and manner of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 23 listopada 1995 r. w sprawie określenia wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze organów Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej mogą nakładać grzywny w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
