Ustawa z dnia 1 marca 1996 r. o zmianie Kodeksu postępowania cywilnego, rozporządzeń Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej - Prawo upadłościowe i Prawo o postępowaniu układowym, Kodeksu postępowania administracyjnego, ustawy o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych oraz niektórych innych ustaw.
