Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996, on conducting medical examinations of employees, the scope of prophylactic health care for employees, and medical certificates issued for purposes provided for in the Labour Code.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia i Opieki Społecznej z dnia 30 maja 1996 r. w sprawie przeprowadzania badań lekarskich pracowników, zakresu profilaktycznej opieki zdrowotnej nad pracownikami oraz orzeczeń lekarskich wydawanych do celów przewidzianych w Kodeksie pracy.
