Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 grudnia 1995 r. w sprawie szczegółowych przypadków oraz warunków i sposobów użycia środków przymusu bezpośredniego, a także szczegółowych warunków i sposobu postępowania przy użyciu broni palnej przez żołnierzy wojskowych organów porządkowych.
