Council of Ministers' Regulation of December 23, 1996, amending the regulation on determining the list of state enterprises for which the tasks and competences of the founding body are performed by the Minister of the State Treasury, and the list of enterprises for which the tasks and competences of the founding body are performed by bodies of government administration other than the Minister of the State Treasury, as well as the detailed rules and procedures for the takeover of tasks and competences of the founding body by voivodes and the Minister of the State Treasury.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 23 grudnia 1996 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ustalenia listy przedsiębiorstw państwowych, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonuje Minister Skarbu Państwa, oraz listy przedsiębiorstw, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonują inne niż Minister Skarbu Państwa organy administracji rządowej, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przejęcia przez wojewodów i Ministra Skarbu Państwa zadań i kompetencji organu założycielskiego.
