Regulation of the Council of Ministers of December 19, 1995 on the principles of cooperation between Warsaw municipalities and government administration bodies and the determination of which individual matters within the scope of the municipalities' own tasks will be considered in the procedure applicable to administrative decisions belonging to delegated tasks.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 19 grudnia 1995 r. w sprawie zasad współdziałania gmin warszawskich z organami administracji rządowej oraz określenia, które sprawy indywidualne z zakresu zadań własnych gmin rozpatrywane będą w trybie właściwym dla decyzji administracyjnych należących do zadań zleconych.
