Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of December 20, 1996, on technical regulations regarding the prevention of marine pollution by ships, the procedure for conducting surveys and inspections, the patterns of international certificates, the amounts of related fees, and the delegation of certain inspection authority tasks to a classification institution.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Transportu i Gospodarki Morskiej z dnia 20 grudnia 1996 r. w sprawie przepisów technicznych w zakresie zapobiegania zanieczyszczaniu morza przez statki, trybu przeprowadzania przeglądów i inspekcji, wzorów międzynarodowych świadectw, wysokości opłat z tym związanych oraz powierzenia niektórych zadań organu inspekcyjnego instytucji klasyfikacyjnej.
