Obwieszczenie Prezesa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z dnia 12 czerwca 1997 r. o utracie mocy obowiązującej § 10 rozporządzenia Ministra Pracy i Polityki Socjalnej w sprawie określenia wzorów dokumentów i rodzaju innych dowodów niezbędnych do ustalenia prawa do zasiłku rodzinnego oraz szczegółowych zasad i trybu wypłaty zasiłków rodzinnych i pielęgnacyjnych.
