Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 1, 1997, amending the regulation on establishing the list of state enterprises for which the Minister of the State Treasury performs the tasks and powers of the founding body, and the list of enterprises for which other government administration bodies than the Minister of the State Treasury perform the tasks and powers of the founding body, as well as the detailed rules and procedure for the assumption of tasks and powers of the founding body by voivodes and the Minister of the State Treasury.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 1 lipca 1997 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ustalenia listy przedsiębiorstw państwowych, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonuje Minister Skarbu Państwa, oraz listy przedsiębiorstw, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonują inne niż Minister Skarbu Państwa organy administracji rządowej, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przejęcia przez wojewodów i Ministra Skarbu Państwa zadań i kompetencji organu założycielskiego.
