Regulation of the Council of Ministers of October 16, 1997 on the detailed rules for determining remuneration for the use of an enterprise, the method of securing the unpaid part of the remuneration, and the conditions for interest on the unpaid remuneration.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 października 1997 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad ustalania należności za korzystanie z przedsiębiorstwa, sposobu zabezpieczenia nie spłaconej części należności oraz warunków oprocentowania nie spłaconej należności.
