Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 10 października 1997 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie tworzenia, organizacji i kontroli zakładów opieki zdrowotnej dla osób pozbawionych wolności, rodzajów dokumentacji medycznej, sposobu prowadzenia oraz szczegółowych warunków jej udostępniania w tych zakładach.
