Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 28, 1997, on the numerical composition and detailed procedure for establishing first-instance disciplinary commissions and appointing disciplinary spokespersons, as well as detailed rules and procedures for investigative and disciplinary proceedings, execution and erasure of disciplinary penalties, and bearing the costs of defense counsel, experts, and expertise in disciplinary proceedings.
