Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Economy of December 11, 1998, on the method of examining slaughter animals, examining, evaluating and marking meat, using meat of limited suitability for consumption, meat unfit for consumption, and keeping documentation related thereto.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Gospodarki Żywnościowej z dnia 11 grudnia 1998 r. w sprawie sposobu badania zwierząt rzeźnych, badania, oceny i znakowania mięsa, wykorzystania mięsa o ograniczonej przydatności do spożycia, mięsa niezdatnego do spożycia oraz prowadzenia dokumentacji z tym związanej.
