Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 22 December 1998 amending the regulation on establishing the list of state-owned enterprises for which the Minister of State Treasury performs founder's tasks and competences, and the list of enterprises for which organs other than the Minister of State Treasury perform founder's tasks and competences, as well as detailed rules and procedures for the takeover of founder's tasks and competences by voivodes and the Minister of State Treasury.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 22 grudnia 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ustalenia listy przedsiębiorstw państwowych, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonuje Minister Skarbu Państwa, oraz listy przedsiębiorstw, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonują inne niż Minister Skarbu Państwa organy administracji rządowej, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przejęcia przez wojewodów i Ministra Skarbu Państwa zadań i kompetencji organu założycielskiego.
