Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 30, 1998 on the method of calculating contributions of insurance companies to cover the costs of supervision of insurance and brokerage activities and the costs of the activities of the Insurance Ombudsman and his Office, the deadlines for making these contributions and the amount of interest for their non-payment within the deadline.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 30 grudnia 1998 r. w sprawie sposobu obliczania wpłat zakładów ubezpieczeń na pokrycie kosztów nadzoru nad działalnością ubezpieczeniową i brokerską oraz kosztów działalności Rzecznika Ubezpieczonych i jego Biura, terminów uiszczenia tych wpłat i wysokości odsetek za ich nieuiszczenie w terminie.
