Regulation of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of January 9, 1998, on the procedure and principles for granting compensation benefits due in the event of loss of life or injury to health or property during or in connection with the use of assistance from other persons by the Office for State Protection.
Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 9 stycznia 1998 r. w sprawie trybu i zasad przyznawania świadczeń odszkodowawczych przysługujących w razie utraty życia lub poniesienia uszczerbku na zdrowiu albo w mieniu podczas korzystania lub w związku z korzystaniem z pomocy innych osób przez Urząd Ochrony Państwa.
