Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 May 1998 on the detailed rules for maintaining the register of pension fund members, the detailed scope of information that should be included in the register, and the rules for preparing and storing copies of data contained in the register in case of its loss.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1998 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad prowadzenia rejestru członków funduszu emerytalnego, szczegółowego zakresu informacji, które powinny być zawarte w rejestrze, oraz zasad sporządzania i przechowywania kopii danych zawartych w rejestrze na wypadek jego utraty.
