Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 12 May 1998 on the detailed rules for conducting and settling transactions of employee pension funds, on behalf of fund members, of pre-emption rights due to them from shares held in quantitative accounts, and on the detailed conditions and procedure under which the exercise of these rights by fund members is permitted.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 12 maja 1998 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad przeprowadzania i rozliczania transakcji zbywania przez pracowniczy fundusz emerytalny, w imieniu członków funduszu, praw poboru przysługujących im z akcji złożonych na rachunkach ilościowych oraz szczegółowych warunków i trybu, w jakim dopuszczalna jest realizacja tych praw przez członków funduszu.
