Regulation of the Minister of Economy of January 19, 1998, on establishing the form of the register of persons conducting special trade with foreign countries, the method of its keeping, as well as the form of the application for entry into the register and defining the necessary documents and information to be attached to the application.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 19 stycznia 1998 r. w sprawie ustalenia wzoru rejestru osób prowadzących obrót specjalny z zagranicą, sposobu jego prowadzenia, a także wzoru wniosku o dokonanie wpisu do rejestru oraz określenia niezbędnych dokumentów i informacji, które należy dołączyć do wniosku.
