Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 15, 1998, on the authorized bodies and bodies obliged to conduct inspections of the performance of the obligation to conclude an insurance contract and the procedure for determining and enforcing the fee for non-compliance with this obligation.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 15 kwietnia 1998 r. w sprawie organów uprawnionych i organów obowiązanych do przeprowadzania kontroli wykonania obowiązku zawarcia umowy ubezpieczenia obowiązkowego oraz trybu ustalania i egzekwowania opłaty za niedopełnienie tego obowiązku.
