Regulation of the Council of Ministers of June 30, 1998, amending the regulation on establishing the list of state-owned enterprises for which the Minister of State Treasury performs founder's tasks and competences, and the list of enterprises for which other government administration bodies than the Minister of State Treasury perform founder's tasks and competences, as well as the detailed rules and procedure for the takeover of founder's tasks and competences by voivodes and the Minister of State Treasury.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 30 czerwca 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ustalenia listy przedsiębiorstw państwowych, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonuje Minister Skarbu Państwa, oraz listy przedsiębiorstw, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonują inne niż Minister Skarbu Państwa organy administracji rządowej, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przejęcia przez wojewodów i Ministra Skarbu Państwa zadań i kompetencji organu założycielskiego.
