Regulation of the Council of Ministers of August 25, 1998 on the designation of workplaces where the penalty of restriction of liberty and socially useful work ordered in lieu of uncollectible fines are executed, the detailed obligations of these workplaces regarding the employment of convicted persons and the rules for managing the funds obtained from this title, and the reliefs granted to workplaces.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 25 sierpnia 1998 r. w sprawie wyznaczania zakładów pracy, w których jest wykonywana kara ograniczenia wolności oraz praca społecznie użyteczna orzeczona w zamian nieściągalnej grzywny, szczegółowych obowiązków tych zakładów w zakresie zatrudniania skazanych i zasad gospodarowania uzyskanymi z tego tytułu środkami oraz przysługujących ulg zakładom.
