Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of August 26, 1998 on the determination of the scope and procedure for the participation of entities mentioned in Art. 38 sec. 1 of the Code of Execution of Penal Sentences in the execution of penalties, preventive measures, and security measures, as well as social control over their execution.
