Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 29, 1998, amending the regulation on establishing the list of state-owned enterprises for which the Minister of State Treasury performs the tasks and competencies of the founding body, and the list of enterprises for which other government administration bodies than the Minister of State Treasury perform the tasks and competencies of the founding body, as well as the detailed principles and procedure for the assumption of tasks and competencies of the founding body by voivodes and the Minister of State Treasury.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 29 września 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie ustalenia listy przedsiębiorstw państwowych, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonuje Minister Skarbu Państwa, oraz listy przedsiębiorstw, wobec których zadania i kompetencje organu założycielskiego wykonują inne niż Minister Skarbu Państwa organy administracji rządowej, a także szczegółowych zasad i trybu przejęcia przez wojewodów i Ministra Skarbu Państwa zadań i kompetencji organu założycielskiego.
