Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 29 września 1998 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia dokumentów, jakich zamawiający może żądać od dostawcy lub wykonawcy w celu potwierdzenia spełniania warunków, o których mowa w art. 22 ust. 2 ustawy o zamówieniach publicznych.
