Regulation of the Minister of National Education of November 13, 1998 amending the regulation on the detailed rules, procedure and criteria for granting, repayment and write-off of student loans and student credits, the amount of student loans and credits, the conditions and procedure for settlements regarding the coverage of interest due to banks on student loans, and the interest rate on loans and credits repaid by the borrower.
