Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 7 grudnia 1999 r. w sprawie określenia szczegółowych warunków, jakim powinno odpowiadać zgłoszenie zamiaru łączenia przedsiębiorców, oraz określenia organów podmiotów zobowiązanych do dokonania tego zgłoszenia.
