Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 14, 1999, on the detailed conditions that an information prospectus must meet, the method and deadline for its disclosure by an open-ended pension fund, the content of information provided to pension fund members regarding funds accumulated in their accounts, the method and deadlines for disclosing this information to fund members, and the scope and deadlines for submitting reports and current information to the Pension Funds Supervision Office by the pension company and pension fund.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 14 kwietnia 1999 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków, jakim powinien odpowiadać prospekt informacyjny, sposobu i terminu jego udostępniania przez otwarty fundusz emerytalny, treści informacji przekazywanych członkom funduszy emerytalnych dotyczących środków gromadzonych na ich rachunkach, sposobu i terminów udostępniania tych informacji członkom funduszu oraz zakresu i terminów przekazywania do Urzędu Nadzoru nad Funduszami Emerytalnymi sprawozdań i bieżących informacji przez towarzystwo emerytalne i fundusz emerytalny.
