Obwieszczenie Prezesa Trybunału Konstytucyjnego z dnia 5 czerwca 1999 r. o utracie mocy obowiązującej art. 27 ust. 2 pkt 2 lit. b) oraz art. 36 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 11 kwietnia 1997 r. o ujawnieniu pracy lub służby w organach bezpieczeństwa państwa lub współpracy z nimi w latach 1944-1990 osób pełniących funkcje publiczne.
