Regulation of the Minister of Justice of November 20, 2000, amending the regulation on determining district courts in which civil-criminal divisions are established at the seats of these courts, as well as extraterritorial civil-criminal divisions for hearing certain categories of fiscal, criminal, and civil cases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 20 listopada 2000 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia sądów rejonowych, w których utworzone zostają wydziały cywilno-karne w siedzibach tych sądów oraz zamiejscowe wydziały cywilno-karne do rozpoznawania niektórych kategorii spraw karnych skarbowych, karnych i cywilnych.
