Regulation of the Minister of National Education of September 21, 2000, amending the regulation on the detailed rules, procedure, and criteria for granting, repayment, and remission of student loans and student credits, the amount of student loans and credits, the conditions and procedure for settlements regarding the coverage of interest due to banks from student loans, and the interest rate on loans and credits repaid by the borrower.
