Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 17, 2001, on the method of creating, determining the quantity and quality of maintaining mandatory stocks of liquid fuels, and the rules and method of their intervention use, as well as the method of conducting control activities regarding the creation and management of mandatory stocks of liquid fuels.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 17 października 2001 r. w sprawie sposobu tworzenia, ustalenia ilości i jakości utrzymywania zapasów obowiązkowych paliw ciekłych oraz zasad i sposobu ich interwencyjnego wykorzystywania, a także sposobu prowadzenia działalności kontrolnej w zakresie tworzenia i gospodarowania zapasami obowiązkowymi paliw ciekłych.
