Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 19, 2001, on the list of health services, medicines, and medical technical devices financed from the state budget, as well as the procedure for acquiring and transferring medicines and medical technical devices to service providers and the procedure for transferring public funds for their purchase.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 19 grudnia 2001 r. w sprawie wykazu świadczeń zdrowotnych, leków i leczniczych środków technicznych finansowanych z budżetu państwa, a także trybu nabywania i przekazywania świadczeniodawcom leków i leczniczych środków technicznych oraz trybu przekazywania środków publicznych na ich zakup.
