Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 17, 2001 on state budget subsidies intended for financing the liquidation of mines, securing neighboring mines against water hazards, and removing damage caused by mining operations resulting from the reactivation of old workings.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 17 maja 2001 r. w sprawie dotacji budżetu państwa przeznaczonej na finansowanie likwidacji kopalń, zabezpieczenia kopalń sąsiednich przed zagrożeniami wodnymi oraz usuwania szkód wywołanych ruchem zakładu górniczego, powstałych w wyniku reaktywacji starych zrobów.
