Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 29, 2001, amending the regulation on the determination of detailed rules and procedures for organizing public tenders for the sale of fixed assets or the granting of property for paid use to other entities by a company established as a result of commercialization, and the conditions under which deviations from tenders are permitted.
