Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 15 stycznia 2001 r. w sprawie trybu przekazywania przez przedsiębiorstwo państwowe "Polskie Koleje Państwowe", a następnie przez spółkę akcyjną "Polskie Koleje Państwowe Spółka Akcyjna", na konto Funduszu Pracy środków na finansowanie świadczeń przedemerytalnych.
