Regulation of the Council of Ministers of July 3, 2001, on the detailed procedure for proceedings concerning the division of a state budget earmarked reserve, granting subsidies to municipalities, transferring financial resources to district governors to cover expenses related to providing assistance to repatriates, reimbursement to municipalities of costs incurred for covering renovation or adaptation of residential premises for repatriates, and on the forms of applications for granting subsidies to municipalities.

Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 3 lipca 2001 r. w sprawie szczegółowego trybu postępowania w sprawach podziału rezerwy celowej budżetu państwa, udzielania dotacji gminie, przekazywania staroście środków finansowych na pokrycie wydatków związanych z udzielaniem repatriantom pomocy, zwrotu gminie kosztów poniesionych na pokrycie remontów lub adaptacji lokali mieszkalnych dla repatriantów oraz wzorów wniosków o udzielenie gminie dotacji.
