Regulation of the Minister of Health of August 9, 2001, amending the regulation on the list of diseases and the list of medicines, diagnostic preparations, and disposable equipment that may be prescribed free of charge, at a flat rate, or with partial co-payment due to these diseases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 9 sierpnia 2001 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie wykazu chorób oraz wykazu leków, preparatów diagnostycznych i sprzętu jednorazowego użytku, które ze względu na te choroby mogą być przepisywane bezpłatnie, za opłatą ryczałtową lub częściową odpłatnością.
