Regulation of the Minister of Justice of August 13, 2001, amending the regulation on the determination of regional courts in which civil and criminal divisions are established at the seats of these courts and extraterritorial civil and criminal divisions for hearing certain categories of fiscal, criminal, and civil cases.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 13 sierpnia 2001 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie określenia sądów rejonowych, w których utworzone zostają wydziały cywilno-karne w siedzibach tych sądów oraz zamiejscowe wydziały cywilno-karne do rozpoznawania niektórych kategorii spraw karnych skarbowych, karnych i cywilnych.
